Information for Presenters
The duration of the presentations in the DSC2008 is agreed as follows:
The venue will provide computing facilities and video projectors for presentations as well as overhead projectors. It is possible to bring your own laptop and connect it to the overhead projector but please bear in mind that the time required to do that may affect your presentation.
It is expected that presenters will contact the computer system facilitators at least 30 minutes before their session commences. This is required in order to copy their electronic presentations to the computers available at the room where the presentation will take place.
Information for Posters
Presenters must have the poster in electronic form (1 page) or as a single overhead slide in order to give a small presentation.
