George Intzesiloglou holds a BSc in Computer Science and an MSc in Information Systems, from the University of Sheffield, UK. Before joining SEERC as a Research Associate in 2010, he has worked for more than 5 years at the Association of ICT companies of Northern Greece in the coordination of EU & national funded projects particularly on the promotion of innovation and the support of entrepreneurship.
His research interests among others are the support of innovation and innovation policy, valorisation of research, Academia-Industry collaboration, technological parks and business incubators, ICT and regional development, knowledge management/transfer, B2B Networking patterns and Project Management as a process.
