The Information & Knowledge Management Research Cluster engages in interdiciplinary research activities, investigating new approaches, methods and technologies in the following thematic areas and their intersections:

  • Technology Enhanced Learning
  • Knowledge & Innovation Management
  • Semantic Web Technologies

Research Expertise

In our work we seek novel means for representing, processing, and communicating information and supporting the creation, sharing and transfer of knowledge for the purpose of improving interaction and collaboration among networks of individuals and organisations.

Through internal or sponsored research projects we investigate applications and novel combinations of the above in a variety of domains, with a primary focus on technology-enhanced learning, organisational knowledge management, and enterprise computing.
