Bujar Gallopeni

PhD Student

Mr. Gallopeni obtained his Master degree at the University of Maastricht in Netherlands in the field of Work and Organization Psychology. He completed his Bachelor studies in Psychology at the University of Prishtina, as well as English Language studies at the same institution. He has been working for the past three years at the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology of the Republic of Kosova, respectively heading the Center for International Cooperation in HE & RTD. As of 2011, he is also holding the position of the National Coordinator of the Seventh Program Framework in Research and Technology Development, yet Horizon 2020. He is also a lecturer of psychological subjects at the higher education institutions QEAP Heimerer in Prishtina, focusing on health therapeutic sciences.

PhD Research

  • PhD Topic: Investigating executive control and attention in relation to workload in younger and older employees: the role of psychological processes such as personal motivation, job satisfaction and work readiness as mediators/moderators of cognitive processes in elders’ employability.
