MSc Tanja Kuzman holds the University of Sheffield Master's Degree with Distinction in Banking and Finance and a BA from the Faculty of Economics, Finance and Administration. In May 2014, she was proclaimed as one of the 100 Leaders of Tomorrow of the whole world at the St. Gallen Symposium of Leaders of Today and Leaders of Tomorrow. From 2012 till 2014, MSc Tanja Kuzman had been the Executive Director of the Research Institute of the Faculty of Economics, Finance and Administration (FEFA) and Teaching Assistant in Corporate Governance and Corporate Finance at FEFA from 2011 till 2015. She was also a Short-Term Consultant on several International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group) Corporate Governance projects. In 2012 and 2013 MSc Kuzman worked as Advisor for Corporate Governance and Corporate Finance in Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia. From 2009 till 2012 she worked as Coordinator of the National Competitiveness Council of the Republic of Serbia and Junior Advisor for Economy and Finance in the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration. In July 2011 she spent a month working for the European Commission, Directorate General for Economic and Financial Affairs in Brussels, on the issues related to the financial stability and financial institutions of the European Union. Furthermore, Mrs. Kuzman worked as a Short-term Local Consultant on Regional Competitiveness Initiative for the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). She speaks English, German, Spanish and Russian.
Her research interests are related to corporate governance, fraudulent behavior in financial matters, corporate social responsibility, transparency and disclosure, government relations, risk management, EU integration and gender and equality issues.
