01. Authors who are interested in submitting a paper for the workshop should first submit to Ms Christina Miariti (scmis2005@seerc.info) an abstract of 300-400 words in English along with the Preliminary Registration Form. The deadline for the submission of abstracts is 15 November 2004. Please click on "Abstract Submission" for more information. To download the Preliminary Registration Form, please click here.

02. Once abstracts have been submitted, authors will be allocated a Paper Code. It is vital to quote the Paper Code in all future communication with the Workshop Administrator.

03. As soon as the abstracts have been reviewed and by January 06, all authors will be informed via e-mail on acceptance/rejection of their abstracts. Further instructions on the Full Paper will be included in the e-mail. Generally, the authors who are informed on acceptance of their abstract will be given a Template for the Full Paper in order to start working on the Final Paper. The deadline for the receipt of camera-ready full-length papers is set for 06 March 2005.

04. Authors should allow sometime for paper reviewing. Authors will be informed on the final acceptance of their paper by 15 April 2004. In the meantime, authors who receive Final Acceptance Letters will be sent the Official Registration Form for the Workshop, which they must complete and return to the Workshop Administrator as soon as possible.

05. The Official Registration Form will contain all the practical information on payment arrangements and methods. All payments must be made by 06 May 2005 otherwise the inclusion of papers in the Proceedings and also the participation of the author to the Workshop are not secured.

Workshop Fees

 

The workshop fee for all participants is 380 EURO. This fee covers:
 
  • Admission to all sessions of the workshop.
  • The Gala Dinner
  • 2 Lunches and 6 Coffee Breaks
  • A copy of proceedings with full papers (including CD)
  • Workshop Bag
  • The field trip to visit companies in Greece.

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

The South East European Research Centre may cover 50% of the original fee for authors from the Balkans* who are interested in presenting a paper in SCMIS2005. Authors may apply to the SEERC Management Committee for the 50% reduced fee (190 Euro) by completing the Reduced Fee Application Form  and e-mailing/faxing it to Ms Christina Miariti (scmis2005@seerc.info).
