In the frame of the Open Seminar Series at SEERC, we are pleased to announce a seminar to be delivered by Dr Sunil Sahadev on the topic: “Impact of Personality Traits on Customer Orientation of Call Center Workers: The Moderating Role of Role Conflict and Work Family Conflict".
