Mr. Besart Hajrizi was awarded a BSc in Economy in 2010 from the University of Prishtina, where he has also been awarded as a distinguished student with the highest GPA (10). After his graduation in BSc, he enrolled MSc in Management and Informatics at the University of Prishtina in 2010, as such, he graduated in 2013. Meanwhile, he used to work in an NGO so-called Business Support Centre Kosovo (BSCK) as a business consultant, and he was also serving as a researcher on Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development in Kosovo research report published from 2010 until 2014 by BSCK. He is now a full time PhD Candidate under the Doctoral Program offered by the University of Sheffield and SEERC. His research interest involves determinants of innovation and the impact of the innovation on the performance of small and medium enterprises. He also serves as teaching assistant at the University of Mitrovica “Isa Boletini”(UMIB), Faculty of Economy.
