On October 8th, as part of The LISTEN Project, the South East European Research Center (SEERC) and Light Trees, continued their capacity-building series at the Alexander Innovation Zone.
This session focused on the fundamentals of European funding, providing participants with practical insights into how to design a project budget, and how to ensure effective financial management and monitoring from the initial proposal development stage through to project implementation.
The workshop encouraged active participation and exchange of experiences, helping attendees gain a clearer understanding of the financial aspects of project planning and the real challenges of managing EU-funded initiatives.
