Natyra Xharavina holds a BA in Public Relations from International Balkan University (North Macedonia), where she was announced as The Best Student of the Generation (2013-2016). She finished her MA in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations from The University of Sheffield International Faculty - CITY College (Greece) with distinction, and holds an MA in International Relations from the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia). Since 2015, she has been a PR specialist at Kosovo Youth Atlantic Treaty Association; she has co-founded and managed a small business – City Bikes Gjakovë and manages her family film production company – Natyra Films.

From 2019, she is a PhD student under the Doctoral Program offered by the University of Sheffield and South East European Research Centre (SEERC), in Thessaloniki, Greece. Her research interest involves corporate social responsibility in small and medium enterprises in South East Europe.
